Everything below is labor. Hardware is quoted separately and you approve it before I buy anything. I cover Keene out to about 50 miles; see the service area.
Tech Support
$100 minimum per job, then hourly or flat, agreed before I start
I come to your house, sit down at your computer, and fix it in front of you. Mac or PC, phone or tablet. No drop-off, no waiting a week for a call back from Bakersfield.

Smart Home

Most installers sell you one brand. I make what you already own work together: Alexa, Google, HomeKit, Ring, Nest, and the off-brand gate opener. If you would rather not pay subscriptions, I set up Home Assistant so it all runs in your house.

Security Cameras
Priced per job once I see the setup. Hardware quoted separately.
Self-monitored systems from Reolink, Ubiquiti, Eufy, and Ring. The recordings live on a box in your closet, not on a subscription. I mount the cameras, run the wire, and set the app up on your phone before I leave.

TV & Home Audio
Priced per job once I see the setup. Hardware quoted separately.
Mounted straight, wires hidden, and calibrated so the dialogue is clear and the bass does not rattle the windows. I set up the streaming apps, program one remote for everything, and show you how it works before I go. I also install antennas for free over-the-air TV, which gets a surprising number of channels up here.

Home Repair
$100 minimum per job, then hourly or flat, agreed before I start
I bring the tools anyway, so while I am there I will swap the ceiling fan, fix the door that sticks, or patch the wall. Half-day bookings are the best value and the most popular thing I do.

- $100 minimum once we agree on a job. Past that, the price is hourly or flat, whichever we settle on before I start.
