A lot of what I see is not broken. It is four remotes, three apps, two routers, and nobody who ever explained how they fit together. Before I sell you anything, I will make what you already own work, and then I will show you how to use it.

Hi, I'm Chet Snow.
People ask why a former Amazon engineer is hanging TVs in Keene. Short version: I love living up here, and I would rather fix my neighbors' computers than sit on video calls all day. I have built software for Amazon, Equinix, and my own startups, and I have been the person the whole family calls when something breaks for as long as I can remember.
